       Remarks

1.        Legalization is by Qatari Consulate 

2.        General legalized POA can be used for any IP service mentioned hereabove

3.        Same registered address should be used in any new application or recording

4.        Alcoholic drinks and beverages covered by classes 32 and 33 as well as pork in class 29 are not registrable. Certain class heading should exclude one item

5.        Opposition within 4 months from publication in the official gazette

6.        Use of a trademark is not required. However, non-use for 5 consecutive years will subject the mark to cancellation by court action

7.        Translation charges of list of goods, patent specification, claims etc. are charged once when these cover more than one country
