Assignment / License / Merger

       Remarks

1.        Same registered address should be used in any new application or recording

2.        Opposition within 60 days from publication in the official gazette. No provision for patents

3.        Use of a trademark is not required. However, non-use for 5 consecutive years will subject the mark to cancellation by court action

4.        Additional 2.5 years when the patent covers Pharmaceuticals

5.        Translation charges of list of goods, patent specification, claims etc. are charged once when these cover more than one country
